RACHEL & PEDRO

Proposals sessions are always extra exciting because of the anticipation and surprise, and there was plenty of both for Rachel & Pedro. Rachel started her drive up to Tahoe late on a Friday morning with some friends for a girl's trip weekend, but little did she know Pedro and I would start a separate drive to Tahoe about an hour later. After a 4 hour ride involving a Costco gas + hot dog pit stop and listening to a ton of music, we made it to the location with about 15 minutes to spare, giving us plenty of time to scout the ideal spot and wait in anticipation (Pedro, at the front of the park; me, in a bush).

The proposal itself was perfect; beautiful and intimate, but also a complete surprise. We had just enough time before the sun's rays fully dissipated to capture their palpable excitement with the backdrop of a truly stunning sunset over the lake. Definitely one for the books!
